Oakfield Asset Management is a specialist in retail asset management.

Our experience spans more than 20 years, working on some of the UK’s most high profile retail and leisure schemes. About Us
We have a proven track record of developing strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders.
Our experience also includes the management of internal and external teams and presentation at Board and investors/shareholders level. We are passionate about placemaking and delivering creative and innovative ideas to enhance asset performance and to give customers experiences to remember.

Sarah has spent her career working for some of the UKs largest landlords, personally asset managing their schemes.

Sarah has spent her career working for some of the UKs largest landlords, personally asset managing their schemes.
Most recently Sarah headed up the North West office for RivingtonHark leading the asset management of St Johns’s Shopping Centre, Liverpool, Runcorn Shopping City and local authority regeneration schemes in Northwich and Winsford. Sarah was also responsible for the leasing management of the new Chester Northgate leisure development. This included advising on the Chester Market relocation and trader mix strategy.
During her 15 years at intu Sarah had responsibility for the performance of Lakeside (1.4m sq ft), Metrocentre (2.1m sq ft) and Eldon Square, Newcastle (1.4m sq ft). This included developing and delivering business plans and working with the development team on major retail and leisure extensions.
